The issue causing Appliance Connectivity events has been identified and resolved. Since Appliances store data for upload to the AppNeta service for a longer duration than the scope of impact, customers should not experience any loss of monitoring history.
Please be advised that the AppNeta Operations team is currently investigating an issue related to Appliance Connectivity for those customers connected to our PVC-ES-5 Cluster (this can be identified by examining the URL once logged in to the Service).
This will lead to email messages being triggered for those customers who have Appliance Availability alerts configured. We will post a message in-app for those users who are affected, and update our status here as we progress this issue.
