Per our previous correspondence on June 25, 2021, this notification is to inform you that the Clarity SaaS team has scheduled the following maintenance. You may review a copy of the original notification by logging into your Clarity SaaS Status Page and reviewing your incident history.

Service Availability: The Clarity SaaS application will be unavailable during the maintenance duration. Although the duration of this maintenance is scheduled for 12 hours, we anticipate the duration to be shorter. You will be notified upon completion.

Details: Broadcom will be performing infrastructure maintenance during this window. After the maintenance is complete both inbound and outbound application IP addresses will change. Due to security reasons IP addresses are not disclosed publicly.

Actions Required: If your organization has deployed any IP address dependent configurations (i.e. integrations, whitelisting of application IP addresses, etc.), then those configurations need to be updated with the new IP addresses. Please complete the following steps:

  • Open a support case requesting the new IP addresses
  • Share the new IP addresses with your network team
  • Ensure the new IP addresses are added to your network configuration prior to or immediately after this maintenance is completed. The new IP addresses need to be added to allow inbound traffic from the new external facing addresses
  • Ensure any integrations utilizing IP addresses are updated to use the new IP addresses
  • Refer to your original June 25, 2021 notice to determine if any of your Clarity SaaS URL’s will be updated as part of this maintenance. If applicable, that notice will contain your new URL’s and any actions required. Note that most clients will not have their URL’s updated as part of this maintenance.

    Impacts: If you have deployed IP addresses specific configurations then you will have a service disruption until you perform the actions listed above.

    Note: SFTP IP address ranges will NOT be changed as part of this maintenance
