Update: As a result of the maintenance, we are experiencing power related issues in our US datacenter. Hosted and On-Premise appliances are reporting offline in the hosted portal for some customers.
We are currently investigating this issue.

Our US data center provider will be performing maintenance that affects our machines. The main impact is expected to be potential brief service delays, such as slightly delayed analysis processing. The maintenance window is set for April 15 from 7:00 am to 15:00 pm UTC time. Note that this is just the window during which they could make changes; this does not imply that our services will be disrupted for all of that time.
