The Clarity SaaS team will be performing the following scheduled maintenance to improve the security and reliability of Clarity SaaS
Service Availability: The Clarity SaaS application will not be available during the maintenance duration.
Schedule: The referenced changes will be made as part of the Clarity SaaS 16.0.2 upgrade scheduled to begin in May 2022. Please refer to the 16.0.2 upgrade schedule for specific dates when your non-production and production environments will be updated.
Actions Required: If your organization currently utilizes Clarity processes that have GEL Scripts that generate custom email notifications, the following steps must be taken:
Impacts: For customers that have GEL scripts identified above, custom email notifications for those GEL scripts will not function post Clarity 16.0.2 upgrade until the updates are completed. For customers not utilizing GEL scripts to generate emails, there are no impacts.
Note: The changes required for these SMTP updates can only be made after the Clarity application has been upgraded to 16.0.2
