We've made some changes that we believe have improved the performance and stability of logins, though we dot consider the issue resolved altogether.

Investigating

AppNeta Engineering is investigating an issues which is causing logins to the APM services to complete more slowly than usual, as well as to occasionally fail, throwing an error message.
