  • Details: In an effort to address recently identified issues with our Clarity service, the Clarity SaaS team is applying a product patch to your environments. The following issues are addressed as part of this maintenance activity:

    • DE64244 - Many OPTIONS calls in GCP SSO upon refresh on logout KB Article

    • DE64143 - SSO: A user with no rights in the Modern UX will continue to call the userContext and the brands APIs when they login to the Modern UX. KB Article

  • Actions Required: None

    These issues will be addressed in your Production environment in a later maintenance for which you will receive a separate notification.
