The VMware Operations team will be performing maintenance during the specified time frame. This maintenance will be moving part of our infrastructure to a more durable and scalable cloud-based service. During this migration, you may experience delays on new analysis tasks, events, and notifications that are being processed. The maintenance is expected to last approximately 15-20 minutes and all data will be processed after the maintenance window. You will still be able to access the user portal and your data throughout the transition period. Analyst API submissions are not affected by this maintenance. This maintenance only affects a subset of our customers, and we plan to move a few customers at a time each maintenance window. For the impacted customers, delays are expected only on the specific window that their data is scheduled to be moved on, any previous or subsequent maintenance window will have no impact to them.
