AWS has completed the backfill processing of missing data and posted the updated CUR files. Cost and Usage reporting for August should now accurately reflect the updated data.

Please contact support (support@cloudhealthtech.com) if you continue to see any discrepancies in your reporting data for Aug 1 - Aug 13.

AWS has provided a supplementary update advising that they expect all final impacted CUR (Cost and Usage) data to be accurately reflected by August 17 20:00 UTC. Once these final updates to the CUR are complete the Aria Cost platform will process these updates within the following 24-hour period.

AWS has completed all backfill processing of missing data in CUR files. Updated CUR files are being collected as they become available. It may take up to 24 - 48 hours for finalized reporting to be available in Cost and Usage reporting.

AWS has informed us that they have not completed processing CUR backfills for impacted customers. Impacted customers may still see signs of incorrect data from August 1, 2023, until August 13th, 2023.

AWS is experiencing service issues that is causing data discrepancies in the most recent CURs published by AWS. Customers may encounter incorrect data from as early as Aug 1. Our engineering team has engaged with AWS, who have identified the root cause and are working on resolving the issue.
