The majority of impacted customers have now recovered and display the full set of Cost and Usage across 30-31st of March 2024. If you have customers that still display partial Cost and Usage data across 30/31st March 2024 please open a support ticket with Tanzu CloudHealth Support so this can be investigated further as required.

Teams have noted significant advancements, with most affected tenants now having their march costs fully accounted for. Moving forward, we are reviewing a few larger tenants that still have incomplete march costs. Also , we are continuing to monitor the CUR files (for march data) and the overall partner generated billing flow to ensure accurate and comprehensive billing.

Our teams have observed that today's April CUR files contain the missing March tenant costs. We expect these to flow normally through the PGB engine overnight and backfill impacted cost history reports by tomorrow morning.

Reporting for Partner Customers is delayed and showing data up to March 30th. We have investigated and found the root cause which is a combination of AWS providing incomplete billing files and a large backlog of billing reprocessing to catch up with the updated billing data.

Tanzu CloudHealth Engineering are taking actions to address the backlog and we expect to provide an update at 2024-04-04 12:00:00 UTC
