This update is to inform you that the upgrade to your Development environment will require an additional 12 hours to complete. You will receive an automated completion notification for the upgrade activity for both environments, however, the notification will only pertain to Development. Your Test environment is in process of being rolled back and will be available to you within 4 hours of receipt of this notification.
Due to a new feature introduced with this release that separates edit and delete rights, there is additional processing time required to update data within certain resource related tables. We’ve observed a high volume of records that require additional processing time on those respective tables for your environments.
The Development environment has already processed a large number of these records and it is expected to be completed with the duration listed within this notification.
Your Test environment has a substantial amount of additional records pending to be processed on the respective tables which is expected to exceed a reasonable duration for the upgrade. As such, we have determined it is best to roll back this environment. Further investigation will take place to mitigate this extended upgrade duration. Please expect a reschedule notification for the upgrade of Test.
