The underlying issue was been resolved around 12:00 pm EDT, the charts are now showing the usage data, and we estimate that the process will take approximately 24 hours . We appreciate your patience as we continue to monitor the progress.

We have detected an issue with the loading of graphs on the “Monitoring Points” page under “Usage”. The charts on this page that usually depict the last 24 hours of usage are not loading and the page presents an error “Failed to load charts. Please try again later”. This is not affecting usage monitoring data collection, selecting and viewing usage data for specific monitoring points is still working as usual.
The issue is affecting all application nodes. Our Engineering team is currently investigating the root cause and working towards resolving the issue.
