As a follow up to this Critical Scheduled Maintenance, we would like to notify our users that all AppNeta Application Services have been patched against CVE-2015-4000.

APM-ers,

On Thursday May 28th between 8:00pm - 9:00pm EDT (tonight), you may experience a brief service interruption to your PathView Cloud service in order for AppNeta to undertake an unplanned critical maintenance requirement. We apologize for the short notice period and appreciate your understanding.

The usual upgrade caveats will apply:

  • During this window you might not be able to log in.

  • The interruption won't produce any gaps in PathView or FlowView monitoring.

  • Advanced Voice Assessments and AppView Voice/Video Tests that are either scheduled to start or are running during this window will need to be restarted.

  • Reports schedules will be paused during this window, so any reports scheduled to run at this time will be missed.
