This is an informational announcement that this Friday, September 28 2018, at 4:00pm EST we will begin the migration of our Help Desk to our new Service Console platform. Note that there is no action that you need to take and we (all the same folks you have been working closely with in the past) are looking forward to working with you through this new platform and interface.
