We have shifted traffic away to a new collector endpoint and are monitoring the issue. Trace data is coming in without interruption currently.
We have identified a collector endpoint and instance that is experiencing extremely high levels of network traffic, causing partial or spotty intake for a fraction of our customers also sending to that endpoint. We are working to identify the problematic connections and shift other customers' traffic to different endpoints so that they will no longer be affected.
