Through extensive monitoring and validation, we have determined that log messages indicating loss of Experience data and alerts were misleading; no data or alerts were lost.
The fix has been applied to the app-03 application node and we're monitoring incoming Experience data.
We have detected an issue which results in Experience data and alert loss for a handful of customers on the app-03 application node. This issue first began after the upgrade on January 29, 21:00 PM EST. Our engineers are currently working on a fix that will be applied to affected application node later tonight.
