We have isolated the root cause to a communication security protocol change with services required for mail delivery. We have resolved this underlying issue, and have improved monitoring of mail delivery for all our customers.

Recovering

Emailing service (alerting/reporting) has now resumed for all customers. We continue to investigate root cause and will update as more info is available.

Customers may experience issues receiving email alerting and reporting as of 19:00ET today June 8th 2015. We will continue to update as progress is made. Affected customers will also receive an in-app notification pertaining to this issue.
