This notification is to inform you that the Clarity SaaS team has rescheduled your previously scheduled release update of Clarity SaaS. The issue that prevented the previous upgrade from completing has been mitigated. Details of the mitigation are below:
The upgrade failed because one resource, RESOURCE ID=”RES00001”, did not have Availability which is a required field. It is unknown how this required field value was not set; it's not possible to do so via UI. To correct this issue, the identified resource's availability was updated in Home-Resources-Resource Properties to 8.00 (the default availability value). We require you to update the identified resource’s availability on the Production environment prior to the upgrade to avoid the same upgrade failure experienced during your Development environment upgrade.
