AppNeta Engineering has applied a mitigation, which has addressed this issue. Native Monitoring Point downloads are now working as expected.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
AppNeta Engineering is aware of a current issue causing failure during downloads of Native Monitoring Point packages from within APM. Users will receive the following error: 'An error occurred while creating the native monitoring point download package.'
This issue is related to the temporary suspension of Monitoring Point Upgrades we have applied, due to the issue in the following status page: https://status.appneta.com/incidents/8t7pl9fvs85y
