VMware CBC Endpoint Standard on GovCloud - New User Provisioning Unavailable
Between October 17 to October 23, VMware Carbon Black GovCloud customers were receiving access related errors for new user accounts provisioned within their Organizations. VMware Engineers confirmed previously existing user accounts were not impacted as a result of this incident.
On October 23 at 12:40PM ET, VMware Engineers identified and implemented a code fix to mitigate the incident.
