As a result of the recently resolved incident with FlowView data ingestion (http://status.appneta.com/incidents/x6vt1fbhrx68), we have decided to defer this scheduled maintenance to a later date.

On Thursday March 3rd at 8:00pm ET, AppNeta will interrupt your PathView service in order to undertake a minor maintenance requirement. We apologize for the short notice and appreciate your understanding.

The usual caveats apply:

  • For a brief time during this 30-minute window, you may not be able to log in.
  • The upgrade will not produce any gaps in your monitoring history.
  • Advanced Voice Assessments and PathView Voice/Video Tests that are either scheduled to start or are running during this window will need to be restarted.
  • Report schedules will be paused during this window, so any reports scheduled to run at this time will be missed.
