In order to perform routine maintenance on PathView Cloud, the service will be briefly interrupted on Thursday, November 27th at 23:00 pm ET. The interruption is only expected to last for 10-15minutes.

If you will be impacted, your PathView Cloud account will have received an in-app message.

During this window you might not be able to log in. The service interruption won't produce any gaps in your monitoring history. Advanced Voice Assessments and AppView Voice/Video Tests that are either scheduled to start or are running during this window will need to be restarted. Reports schedules will be paused during this window, so any reports scheduled to run at this time will be missed.
