S3 performance has stabilized and trace processing has returned to normal. A subset of customers will experience periods of missing trace data between 4am and 7am ET.

Identified

Amazon S3 is having an outage, which is causing delays in trace processing. We are mediating the problem and AWS says they have identified the root cause and are working to resolve it.
