We have determined the cause of the data processing slowdown. All data should be available to all customers now.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue with delayed trace processing that is impacting some customers. At this point there is no loss of data but the most recent data may not be immediately available to some customers. We will update with more information as the investigation and resolution progress.
