  • Impact: No functionality updates are being made as part of the maintenance

  • Action Required: In order to minimize impact to your business processes, Broadcom recommends taking the following actions to your production and non-production Clarity SaaS applications prior to the start of the maintenance:

    • Pause all scheduled Jobs and Reports
    • Reschedule external integration jobs outside of the maintenance window

    After maintenance is complete:

    • Login to each of your impacted Clarity SaaS applications
    • Resume all paused schedules

    • CHG1344978: Production only update to PPM Broker service. Brief disruption for required application restart.
