We've replayed the backups of data for the affected subset of customers. Traceview is working normally now.

We are currently in the process of replaying backups onto a replacement database server. The Traceview application should be working normally, but a subset of data for a subset of customers will be unavailable until the backups are inserted.

Identified

We've identified a problem with one of our database servers holding a subset of data for a subset of customers. We're currently working to bring it back online.
