This has been resolved. Note, we did have to delete some of the older submissions that were waiting for more than 2 hours in our queue in order to clear backlog.

Recovering

We have been experiencing a slowdown in analysis processing in EMEA since 1:20 Pacific Time. We have implemented a fix and backlog is being processed now.
