This incident has been resolved. The impact during this time frame would result in a potentially degraded quality of sandbox analysis during the outage. Samples during this time would still be executed within the sandbox but would not have access to the internet. Any URL analysis was not performed.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
The service for routing sandbox traffic to the internet for on-premises customers was previously experiencing higher than usual connection errors. This was occurring between 02:00am PDT until 07:00am PDT but we are still investigating the cause. As a result, on-premises appliances may show warnings related to the "Analysis Traffic" component.
We have identified the bottleneck and are ensuring proper connectivity.
